Take Rt 9S exit. Follow Rt 9 instructions.
From Rt 9
Take exit 15. Turn right at the next
light, Main Street
The Buttonwood Tree is on the left at next
light; the corner of Liberty and Main Streets.
From Rt 66W
Follow Rt 66W over CT river into
Middletown.
After leaving bridge, stay on main road
(Main Street), signs for 66W.
Pass through light for Grand Street.
The Buttonwood Tree is on the right at the
next corner (Liberty Street is the cross street).
From 91S
Take exit 18, Middletown exit. This puts
you on Rt 66E.
Stay on Rt 66E into downtown Middletown.
Turn left on Main Street (Rt 66E turns
also).
The Buttonwood Tree is on the left at the
next light; corner of Liberty and Main Streets.
